1. In as much detail as possible record the steps it took to create this project in Adobe illustrator. What different tools, processes and keyboard commands?

I used the expanded essentials workspace  mostly stars, eclipse, square and layers for blending purposes. I also used the fx tool which really made get really excited in which I was about to create.
2. How do animators and color stylists use Ai in their profession? 

They use them for brand logos and advertisements (having simple or funny animation on the outro)

3. What type of landscape did you set out to create? Did your final product meet the expectations you set for yourself; why or why not? 

My landscape is about a mysterious halo ring in space to unknown location, it has mysterious tech structures that is far beyond human comprehension. it also hides many secrets. I believe my landscape reached in neutral expectations because I needed time to adjust the new tools and techniques that were shown to us. not only that I also needed to remember the command keys for specific tool I was looking for, lastly little time in class and interruptions by my classmates who needed help with something (every single like 15 minutes).
4. Based on the learning target, "Apply refined observation and drawing skills to design and create a vector landscape with a foreground, middle ground and background in Adobe Illustrator by using gradients, image trace the pen tool and shape tool sprayer " what level of mastery does your project demonstrate (Exceeds, Meets, Needs Work, minimal understanding). Why do you think so? 

My work meets the requirements, there's so many things that looks rushed and unfinished. You can see there's some weird trees that are stretched and layers (shapes) that don't look right. not only those two problems but also how sensitive the power cables are which caused my work to a halt and made me lose work time.
